book list 2008

so i've had a flurry of reading lately and i just wanted a spot to jot down the titles:
bad girls of the bible
voyage of the dawn treader
prince caspian
when people are big and God is small
the prodigal son

and others i can't remember....

the vision

so i was re-reading my old posts (sadly 2+ years of posts only takes about 10 minutes) an i was reminded of part of the vision for this blog--to be an updating tool for those who are scattered around the world, anecdotes of austin, america, etc. but then i look at my life right now and i realize i don't actually have a very good pulse on the general goings on of austin, america, etc. nor do i have much availability to sit at the computer to answer emails or write blogs or post pictures.

i can tell you about how to use all your leftover scraps of food and make a pretty good omelet.

i can also point you in the direction of the rees compound blog which gets occasionally updated by john.

i think i'll post another book list soon though, like i did a couple of years ago....
